🔴Noticia – La Costa del Sol medirá la huella de carbono de los turistas

La Costa del Sol se ha convertido en el primer destino turístico nacional y a partir de ahora, será también de los primeros de Europa en ofrecer a los turistas una herramienta con la que podrán medir y compensar su huella de carbono en el destino malagueño. Son las líneas generales de un proyecto presentado este miércoles en la Diputación y que ha desgranado su presidente, Francisco Salado, quien ha explicado que el impacto de esa huella de carbono se compensará con proyectos de reforestación. Esta herramienta estará disponible en cuatro idiomas, español, inglés, alemán y francés en la web y el turista sólo tendrá que responder a 5 sencillas preguntas. El visitante que compense sus emisiones con la plantación de árboles en la provincia recibirá un certificado personalizado con un código QR y link al bosque que ha contribuido a repoblar así como información sobre el mismo. Turismo Costa del Sol difundirá este proyecto en el Aeropuerto, estaciones de tren, oficinas de turismo, en redes sociales así como en establecimientos del sector.
