Málaga 24h TV – La jueza envía a la cárcel a los dos yihadistas detenidos el sábado

Carmen Lamela Jueza de la Audiencia Nacional ha dictado un auto de prisión para los dos presuntos yihadistas detenidos el pasado sábado. Según manifiesta la magistrada,

, Fouad Bouchihan, mantenía relaciones con muyaidines desplazados a zonas de conflicto, entre ellos este menor. Además, «aleccionaba» a su hijo de 2 o 3 años de edad y le enseñaba a hacer la señal del Tawhid, signo realizado por los terroristas del Estado Islámico, añade la magistrada. Bouchihan, de 26 años, arrestado el sábado en Bárcelona junto a Ilyass Chentouf de 19 y que fue detenido en Madrid, se grabó junto al niño en un vídeo que ha sido incautado junto a otro numeroso material videográfico. En las imágenes intenta que el menor repita expresiones como «Alá es Grande» o «El Estado Islámico Permanece».
La magistrada precisa que el otro detenido tiene dos perfiles registrados en Facebook en los que al igual que el anterior ha publicado vídeos, fotografías y manifestaciones «que argumentarían su clara alineación con el islamismo radical» y a través de los que habría legitimado la actividad del EI, justificando sus acciones violentas. Lamela también destaca que Chentouf se ofreció para morir como mártir. la juez revela en el auto que hay constancia de que un niño madrileño de 15 años combate en Siria en las filas del Estado Islámico junto a sus dos hermanos y su padre.
