Español:El presidente y portavoz del PSOE en la Diputación de Málaga, Francisco Conejo, ha exigido al equipo de gobierno del PP en la institución provincial que se cumpla la legalidad en el proyecto de ‘La Plaza Gastronomía’ ubicado en la Plaza de Toros de La Malagueta.
Conejo, que ha visitado este lunes el espacio comercial y gastronómico con los diputados provinciales socialistas Luis Guerrero y Miguel Espinosa, ha aprovechado también para referirse al proyecto del Centro de Arte de la Tauromaquia, del que se ha conocido que el adjudicatario podría estar haciendo uso del edificio de la Plaza del Siglo sin haber firmado el contrato correspondiente.
Conejo ha calificado de “chapuza” ambos proyectos vinculados a los toros y promovidos por el equipo de gobierno del PP y ha afirmado que se trata de iniciativas que desde el principio han tenido como denominador común “la opacidad y la falta de información de cómo se gestiona el espacio público para cedérselo a dos empresas privadas”.
En el caso de La Plaza Gastronomía, Conejo ha recordado que la adjudicación de la plaza de toros por parte de la Diputación hace un par de años no contemplaba que el adjudicatario pudiera ceder o alquilar los bajos de la plaza de toros para ubicar restaurantes o bares sin realizar ninguna prestación a la institución provincial perjudicando el interés general de la provincia de Málaga y de los malagueños y las malagueñas”.
Además, según Conejo, en ningún momento se solicitó la autorización a la Consejería de Cultura para poner en marcha este espacio por lo que el grupo socialista va a solicitar informes para saber si el proyecto tiene las autorizaciones de las administraciones competentes correspondientes y saber si el adjudicatario se ha extralimitado en las distintas obligaciones y derechos recogidos en el contrato. Con respecto al Museo Taurino, el líder socialista ha criticado que el adjudicatario del edificio de Plaza del Siglo pudiera estar haciendo uso del inmueble sin tener firmado el contrato correspondiente.
Conejo ha denunciado asimismo que, al parecer, el adjudicatario ha cedido a tercero espacios de dicho museo, en concreto la tienda y el restaurante.
