Para el presidente del TSJA la disputa Núñez-Alaya daña la imagen de la justicia

Español:El presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía, Lorenzo del Río, ha anunciado este jueves que la Sala de Gobierno volverá a analizar el próximo 13 de octubre el informe que debe elaborar sobre el plan de actuación aprobado en junio para el Juzgado de Instrucción número 6 de Sevilla y ha aprovechado para lamentar que la disputa entre las jueces María Núñez Bolaños y Mercedes Alaya por instruir ‘macrocausas’ como los ERE fraudulentos está perjudicando a la imagen de la justicia.

Del Río ha señalado que la situación creada en torno al reparto de trabajo entre las dos magistradas «perjudica a todos», aunque «quiere creer que todavía no está perjudicando a la instrucción» de las ‘macrocausas’ como los ERE irregulares o los cursos de formación, ya que «le consta» que la juez titular «está trabajando todo lo que puede».
