El Padre de Marta reprocha al juez que no recoja las grabaciones del supuesto infiltrado

Español:El padre de Marta del Castillo, la joven sevillana presuntamente asesinada en 2009, ha lamentado que el juez de Instrucción número 4 de Sevilla «no haya querido recoger» las más de 600 horas de conversaciones grabadas por un supuesto infiltrado en el entorno y en la familia del ‘Cuco’, el joven que fue condenado por encubrir el asesinato.
En declaraciones a los periodistas a las puertas de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla, Antonio del Castillo ha manifestado que el juez instructor, Francisco de Asís Molina, alega que tienen que seguir los cauces legales existentes y hacerle llegar la grabación a través de su abogada al encontrarse en la causa.

En este sentido, ha recordado que la Ley de enjuiciamiento criminal obliga al juez instructor a recoger estas grabaciones, si bien no ha querido entrar a valorar en profundidad la legislación al respecto.
Por el contrario, ha afirmado que ha salido del juzgado «con las manos vacías» y ha anunciado que entregará las grabaciones a través de su abogada.
