Llega al Juzgado de la titular Núñez Bolaños la causa contra Chaves y Griñán

El Juzgado de Instrucción número 6 de Sevilla, cuya titular es la jueza María Núñez Bolaños, ha recibido ya por parte del Tribunal Supremo la causa seguida por el caso de los ERE irregulares contra los expresidentes de la Junta Manuel Chaves y José Antonio Griñán y los exconsejeros Gaspar Zarrías y José Antonio Viera, según han informado fuentes judiciales.

Fue el pasado 30 de septiembre cuando la Sala de lo Penal del Supremo se declaró incompetente para seguir investigando la causa seguida contra todos ellos por presunta prevaricación administrativa, una decisión que adoptó tras recibirse comunicación del Congreso de los Diputados sobre la renuncia al escaño del exconsejero andaluz e imputado José Antonio Viera, lo que dejaba la causa sin aforados ya que anteriormente habían dejado de ser parlamentarios tanto Griñán como Chaves y Zarrías.

En consecuencia, el alto tribunal remitió las actuaciones al Juzgado de Instrucción número 6 de Sevilla para la unión de lo hasta ahora actuado a las diligencias que aquí se siguen para la investigación de los hechos.
En concreto, ha remitido 12 cajas que contienen varios miles de folios de documentación.
