PSOE apuesta por consolidar a Málaga en investigación biomédica

Los socialistas, que han visitado el Centro de Investigaciones Médico-Sanitarias junto al rector de la UMA, José Ángel Narváez, han anunciado que el PSOE promoverá convenios con la Universidad desde las administraciones donde gobiernan para facilitar la incorporación de los jóvenes titulados al mundo laboral. Heredia señaló que Andalucía y Málaga están a la vanguardia de la investigación biomédica. El secretario general de los socialistas malagueños ha puesto en valor además “el compromiso” y “la apuesta clara y rotunda” del Gobierno andaluz y de la presidenta Susana Díaz por la investigación biomédica como fórmula para contribuir a mejorar la salud pública a través de la generación de conocimiento y de la innovación. Por su parte, Francisco Conejo, ha destacado que “la Universidad de Málaga debe ser el motor del cambio de modelo productivo en la provincia para garantizar la industrialización malagueña en los próximos años, impulsando la creación de empleo y riqueza en este campo, en la innovación y en el turismo basándonos en el talento local”. De esta manera, Conejo ha adelantado que el PSOE firmará acuerdos con la UMA en aquellas localidades donde gobiernen para que los jóvenes titulados malagueños puedan tener una primera oportunidad de empleo en los pueblos y ciudades de la provincia.
