El secretario general del PSOE, Pedro Sánchez, ha rechazado este martes ante el presidente de la Generalitat, Carles Puigdemont, celebrar un referéndum de independencia por ser «ilegal», pero le ha ofrecido diálogo y acuerdos concretos si se convierte en presidente del Gobierno central.

Lo ha dicho en rueda de prensa tras haberse reunido con él en la Generalitat, donde le ha ofrecido cumplir con «muchos» de los 23 puntos que el expresidente Artur Mas planteó al presidente Mariano Rajoy en su reunión de verano de 2014; la mayoría, sobre economía.

Sánchez rechaza la hoja de ruta soberanista del Govern, pero ofrece una hoja alternativa.

Según sus palabras, quiere una nueva hoja de ruta en las relaciones con la Generalitat basada en el diálogo, el entendimiento y la convivencia y ha propuesto reactivar la comisión bilateral Generalitat-Estado.
