Málaga 24h TV – El TSJA abre diligencias para investigar al consejero Arellano

La Sala Civil y Penal del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía ha incoado diligencias previas tras la denuncia interpuesta por la Fiscalía Superior de Andalucía contra el consejero de Economía y Conocimiento, Antonio Ramírez de Arellano, de forma que en el auto, la sala se declara competente para investigar la denuncia dirigida contra el consejero por unos hechos en los que habría participado en su calidad de antiguo titular del Vicerrectorado de Infraestructuras de la Universidad de Sevilla.

Según dicho auto, fechado el pasado 12 de abril, los informes de la Policía Judicial emitidos tanto en el seno de las diligencias de investigación penal de la Fiscalía de Sevilla como en las de la Fiscalía Superior de Andalucía, así como la documentación recabada, «conducen a apreciar la posible existencia de irregularidades en los procesos de contratación por la Universidad de Sevilla del proyecto básico, el estudio preliminar de instalaciones, el proyecto de ejecución y la dirección de obra del Edificio Universitario de Espacios Tecnológicos», que pudieran haber perseguido «una elección no concurrencial de un determinado estudio de arquitectura en detrimento de otros».

El auto agrega que si ello se comprueba cierto, «podría resultar imputable a Antonio Ramírez de Arellano López, en su calidad de Vicerrector de Infraestructuras de la Universidad de Sevilla como firmante de las resoluciones».
