Málaga 24h TV – La Guardia Civil frustra un homicidio relacionado con un ajuste de cuentas

En el municipio de Vélez-Málaga, la Guardia Civil, en el marco de la ‘Operación Partida’, ha logrado frustrar un homicidio relacionado con un ajuste de cuentas, habiendo detenido a tres personas como presuntos autoras de los delitos de proposición para homicidio y tenencia ilícita de armas.

Los hechos tuvieron lugar en el municipio veleño cuando los agentes lograron frustrar el homicidio de una persona por antiguas deudas contraídas en relación con la prostitución y otras actividades ilícitas.

Los tres detenidos, de nacionalidad española, ya han sido puestos a disposición judicial.

La investigación se inició hace menos de un mes cuando los guardias civiles tuvieron conocimiento de los planes que tenían los ahora detenidos y que ejecutarían la acción en cualquier momento, según ha informado el instituto armado en un comunicado.

En el registro domiciliario del principal investigado, los agentes encontraron un zulo construido en la cocina, que sería el lugar donde se ocultaba el arma que fue intervenida y con la que supuestamente se iba a cometer el homicidio.
