Málaga 24h TV – Anticorrupción estudia pedir la imputación de Alberto Fabra por la Fórmula 1

La Fiscalía Anticorrupción contempla la posibilidad de solicitar a la juez que investiga posibles irregularidades en la gestión de la Fórmula Uno en Valencia que se investigue al expresident de la Generalitat Alberto Fabra y a su exvicepresidente y portavoz del Consell José Císcar.

Según han confirmado fuentes judiciales, Anticorrupción trata de determinar de quién fue la responsabilidad de la compra en 2011 de Valmor, sociedad participada por Francisco Roig, Jorge Martínez Aspar y Bancaja, y organizadora inicialmente de la competición automovilística, por menos de un euro y asumiendo una deuda de unos 40 millones.

Fabra es actualmente senador territorial del PP por la Comunitat Valenciana y Císcar, presidente de este partido en la provincia de Alicante.

La posibilidad de que la Fiscalía pida finalmente la imputación de ambos responsables populares viene motivada por el avance de las investigaciones y el testimonio de testigos en la investigación abierta por presuntas irregularidades cometidas por el expresident Francisco Camps, la exconsellera de Turismo, Cultura y Deporte Dolores Johnson y Aspar en la organización de los cinco grandes premios de Fórmula 1 que se celebraron en Valencia.

The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office is considering asking the judge investigating possible irregularities in the management of Formula One in Valencia to investigate the ex-president of the Generalitat Alberto Fabra and his former vice president and spokesman of the Consell Jose Ciscar.

As confirmed by judicial sources, Anticorruption trying to determine who was responsible for the purchase in 2011 of Valmor, a company owned by Francisco Roig, Jorge Martinez Aspar and Bancaja, and initially organizer of motor racing, for less than a euro and assuming a debt of about 40 million.

Fabra is currently territorial PP senator by Valencia and Císcar, president of the party in the province of Alicante.

The possibility that the prosecution finally ask the imputation of both popular responsible is motivated by the progress of the investigations and the testimony of witnesses in the investigation opened by alleged irregularities committed by the ex-president Francisco Camps, the exconsellera of Tourism, Culture and Sports Dolores Johnson and Aspar in the organization of the five Formula 1 Grand Prix held in Valencia.
