Málaga 24h TV – ¿Cómo votar en las elecciones del 27J desde el extranjero?

El próximo 26 de junio se abrirán de nuevo las urnas para que los españoles emitan su voto de cara a las elecciones generales a la Presidencia del Gobierno. Pero, ¿qué es lo que hay que hacer si te encuentras residiendo permanentemente o temporalmente fuera de España? ¿Y si estás temporalmente en España pero viviendo en el extranjero? En Málaga 24 horas, resolvemos algunas de estas dudas.

Para los españoles que residan «permanentemente en el extranjero» y deseen votar deberán rellenar el impreso de solicitud que le remitirá la Oficina del Censo Electoral o que podrán obtener en la web del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y Cooperación o del Ministerio del Interior.

Después, deberán acompañar el impreso de solicitud de una fotocopia del DNI y del Pasaporte, de la certificación de nacionalidad y de una certificación de inscripción en el Registro de Matrícula Consular.

Remitir toda esta documentación «todo lo antes posible», y en todo caso no más tarde de 25 días después de haberse publicado la convocatoria, a la Delegación Provincial de la Oficina del Censo Electoral de la provincia en cuyo censo esté inscrito en España.

Según la web del Ministerio del Interior, también existe una forma telemática para el envío de la solicitud. El interesado tendrá que acceder al apartado ‘Solicitud de voto CERA’ publicado en la Sede Electrónica del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y acreditando su identidad mediante un certificado electrónico reconocido, asociado a su DNI.

Una vez proclamadas las candidaturas la Oficina del Censo Electoral le enviará la documentación para votar.

Submit all this documentation «everything as soon as possible» and in any case no later than 25 days after the notice had been published, the Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office of the province in which the population is registered in Spain.

According to the website of the Ministry of Interior, there is also a telematic form for sending the request. The interested party will have to access the ‘Application CERA vote’ section published in the Electronic Office of the National Institute of Statistics and proving their identity through a recognized electronic certificate associated with your ID.

Once proclaimed the candidacies the Electoral Census Office will send the documents to vote.
