Málaga 24h TV – Málaga y Sevilla, a la cabeza de la compraventa de viviendas en Andalucía

La compraventa de viviendas ha aumentado en Andalucía un 13,7 por ciento en mayo respecto al mismo mes de 2015, tras intercambiarse un total de 7.013 inmuebles, según los datos difundidos este viernes por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística, que precisa que a nivel nacional, la compraventa de viviendas aumentó un 23,6 por ciento en el quinto mes del año, hasta un total de 36.425 operaciones.

Según los datos de la Estadística de Transmisiones de Derechos de la Propiedad del INE, nuestra comunidad volvió a ser la que encabezó el número de compraventa de viviendas en mayo de 2016.

Por provincias, Málaga y Sevilla van a la cabeza en la compraventa de viviendas en Andalucía. En Málaga hubo 2.449 operaciones de compraventa de vivienda; en Sevilla, 1.161; en Cádiz se registraron 902; en Almería, 720; y en Granada, 636. Por su parte, en Córdoba hubo 421 viviendas sometidas a operaciones de compraventa; en Jaén, 393; y en Huelva, 331.

Sumando las fincas urbanas (viviendas y otros inmuebles de naturaleza urbana) y las rústicas, el total de fincas transmitidas en mayo en Andalucía fue de 25.225, lo que supone un aumento del 9,4 por ciento en relación con el mismo mes de 2015, de las que la mayor parte de las transacciones correspondieron a fincas urbanas, con 20.930, y el resto, 4.295, a rústicas. Dentro de las urbanas, 12.630 fueron transmisiones de viviendas, 1.171, solares y 7.120, fincas urbanas de otro tipo.

Asimismo, de las viviendas transmitidas, 7.013 fueron mediante compraventa, 60 por donación, 39 vía permuta, 2.141 por herencia y 3.377 por otras vías.
