Málaga 24h TV – PSOE propone multar a bañistas que no respeten la bandera roja

La portavoz del Grupo Municipal Socialista en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, María Gámez, ha anunciado este jueves una iniciativa por la que desde el PSOE solicitarán al equipo de gobierno del PP que el ayuntamiento multe a aquellos bañistas que no respeten la prohibición de la bandera roja en las playas, para lo que se deberia tipificar de forma urgente la infracción para que ésta pueda ser sancionada.

En este sentido, la portavoz ha explicado que el ayuntamiento, en su ordenanza respecto al uso y disfrute de las playas, a diferencia de otros municipios, no contempla ningún régimen sancionador en términos disuasorios pero sí incluye como infracción el uso de jabón en las duchas de la playa, la compañía de animales o encender fuego.
