Málaga 24h TV – Intervenidos 45.000 boletos de rifas y cartones de lotería ilegales

La Policía adscrita a la Junta ha intervenido 18.307 boletos de rifas y 27.404 cartones de lotería ilegales entre enero y julio de 2016 en Andalucía, según el balance de las actuaciones de esta unidad policial dependiente de la Consejería de Justicia e Interior.

En un comunicado, la Junta ha informado de que estas operaciones han sido el resultado de las investigaciones desarrolladas desde enero destinadas al control y desmantelamiento de aquellas organizaciones que gestionan la venta y distribución de boletos y cupones para rifas con premio en metálico sin autorización administrativa.

Tanto dichas acciones como todas las llevadas a cabo por los agentes entre enero y julio del presente año en toda la región, se han desarrollado como consecuencia de las 2.609 inspecciones realizadas por los agentes adscritos, que han levantado un total de 2.837 actas de denuncia durante dicho período y han puesto a disposición judicial a una persona por presuntos delitos relacionados con el juego ilegal.

In a statement, the Board has reported that these operations have been the result of research carried out since January aimed at controlling and dismantling those organizations that manage the sale and distribution of tickets and coupons for raffle prize money without official authorization.

Both these actions as all carried out by the agents between January and July this year across the region, have developed as a result of the 2,609 inspections carried out by affiliated agents, who have raised a total of 2,837 acts of denunciation during that period and have taken into custody a person for alleged crimes related to illegal gambling.
