Iceta avisa de que abstenerse supondría la «renuncia» del PSOE a ejercer la oposición

El primer secretario del PSC, Miquel Iceta, ha avisado este miércoles de que abstenerse para facilitar la investidura de Mariano Rajoy (PP) supondría la «renuncia» del PSOE a ejercer la oposición.
En un artículo en ‘eldiario.es’ recogido por Europa Press, ha defendido que el PSOE «no ha de facilitar un gobierno del PP con Mariano Rajoy al frente» porque, a su juicio, es incapaz de luchar contra la crisis defendiendo a las clases medias y trabajadoras.
Además, el PP es un partido que está «carcomido por la corrupción» y carece de voluntad para abrir una perspectiva de diálogo entre la Generalitat y el Estado, algo más necesario que nunca, ha manifestado.
Por ello, ha asegurado que el ‘no’ a Rajoy «no es caprichoso ni arbitrario», y ha dicho que una abstención socialista para evitar unas terceras elecciones daría como resultado un mal gobierno para España y la renuncia del PSOE a ejercer la oposición.
Además ha avisado que En caso de abstención, los socialistas se verían «obligados a sostener al gobierno en los presupuestos», algo que sería una pésima noticia para el país,
Ha recordado que el Comité Federal consensuó que debía votarse ‘no’ a Rajoy y por ello ha pedido que «sería el momento de dar la palabra a los militantes para que sean las bases las que se pronuncien» si se decide cambiar esta estrategia en pro de la abstención.
