Málaga 24h TV – Imputados el ‘Cuco’ y sus padres por falso testimonio en el caso Marta

El juez de Instrucción número 2 de Sevilla ha citado a declarar como investigados al ‘Cuco’ y a los padres de éste, Rosalía García y Ángel Romero, tras ser denunciados por los padres de Marta del Castillo a cuenta de un presunto delito de falso testimonio en relación con las declaraciones que realizaron durante el juicio celebrado en el año 2012 en la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla por el asesinato de la joven.

En este sentido, fuentes del caso han informado a Europa Press de que el juez de Instrucción número 2 de Sevilla, Carlos Mahón, ha citado a declarar como investigados tanto al ‘Cuco’ como a sus padres el próximo día 17 de enero de 2017 por un presunto delito de falso testimonio.
