Málaga 24h TV – El presunto autor del crimen de Pioz se entrega para ser juzgado en España

François Patrick Nogueira, el joven de 19 años que la Guardia Civil considera autor del cuádruple crimen de la familia de brasileños hallados en un chalé de Pioz, en Guadalajara, se ha entregado a las autoridades brasileñas y ha llegado a España para ser juzgado, según han informado a Europa Press fuentes del Instituto Armado.
El presunto autor del crimen de su tío Marcos y la familia de éste, su mujer y sus dos hijos hallados en bolsas de basura en el interior del chalé en la urbanización La Arboleda, llegó al aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez-Madrid Barajas pasada la una de la tarde y fue detenido por la Guardia Civil.

Tras entregarse voluntariamente a las autoridades españolas, la Guardia Civil esperó en el aeropuerto a Patrick para, a continuación, trasladarlo a dependencias de la Comandancia de Guadalajara, de acuerdo a lo acordado por el Juzgado de Instrucción número 1 de esta localidad, encargado de la investigación.

Patrick ha accedido a entregarse después de huir desde Madrid para viajar precipitadamente a Joao Pessoa, la capital del Estado de Paraíba donde vive con su familia.

Su defensa, con mediación de los investigadores de la Guardia Civil, le habría convencido en las últimas horas para que viajara a España para ser juzgado aquí.

The alleged perpetrator of his uncle Mark and the latter’s family, his wife and two children found in garbage bags inside the villa in the urbanization La Arboleda, came to Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas airport after one of the afternoon and was arrested by the Civil Guard.

After voluntarily surrender to the Spanish authorities, the Civil Guard I waited at the airport to Patrick for, then move it to dependencies of the Commandery of Guadalajara, according to the agreement reached by the Court of Instruction No. 1 of this town, in charge of the investigation.

Patrick has agreed to surrender after fleeing from Madrid to travel precipitously to Joao Pessoa, the capital of the State of Paraíba where he lives with his family.

His defense, mediated by researchers of the Civil Guard, would have convinced in the last hours to travel to Spain to be tried here.
