El presidente de la Generalitat, Carles Puigdemont, ha confirmado esta mañana que no asistirá a la conferencia de presidentes autonómicos, que ha convocado el Gobierno central para abordar la reforma del modelo de financiación.

Puigdemont ha emplazado al Ejecutivo central a que haga una propuesta en materia fiscal y le ha instado a que negocie con Cataluña de manera «bilateral» todo lo que tenga que ver con la financiación.
