Málaga 24h TV – El Parlamento andaluz pide que las pensiones de viudedad sigan siendo contributivas

El Pleno del Parlamento andaluz aprobó este jueves instar al Consejo de Gobierno para que a su vez inste al Ejecutivo central a mantener las pensiones de viudedad dentro del Sistema Público de Pensiones, de modo que sigan siendo contributivas.
Así lo acordó al respaldar una proposición no de ley presentada por el Grupo Socialista que, en el segundo de sus dos puntos, aprobado con los votos de PSOE-A, Podemos e IULV-CA, y la abstención del PP-A y C’s, pide al Consejo de Gobierno que, a su vez, inste al Ejecutivo central a mantener las pensiones de viudedad dentro del Sistema Público de pensiones, «como garantía de los derechos de cotización y los derechos consolidados, de manera que no implique recortes en prestaciones ni pérdida de derechos para las personas que perciben estas pensiones».

Asimismo, reclama que las cotizaciones realizadas para la contingencia de muerte y supervivencia generen los derechos para los que fueron configuradas y por tanto se mantengan en el sistema contributivo de la Seguridad Social.

En España hay 2,3 millones de pensiones de viudedad, de las que 388.000 proceden de Andalucía, y en un 92 por ciento la reciben mujeres.
