Málaga 24h TV – ceta avisa: No entenderse con Podemos puede «regalarle al PP la hegemonía

El primer secretario del PSC, Miquel Iceta, cree que tener buena relación con Podemos no implica «dejar ser socialista para ser otra cosa, ni darle la razón a Pablo Iglesias» y avisa de que no hacerlo puede beneficiar al PP.
Según advierte Iceta en una entrevista en la revista Tiempo, «no mantener buenas relaciones con Podemos puede regalarle al PP la hegemonía política mucho tiempo».
El líder de los socialistas catalanes insiste en que el PSOE debe tener voluntad de ser alternativa al PP y, aunque «no siempre son posibles», su preferencia es la de buscar alianzas de izquierdas.
Eso sí, recalca que si el ex secretario general del PSOE Pedro Sánchez no es presidente del Gobierno «es por culpa de Podemos».

En la entrevista, Iceta explica que compartía con Sánchez «dos o tres elementos» de su proyecto: «la alternativa a un Gobierno del PP, la necesidad de abrirse a alianzas con Podemos y la necesidad de dialogar con independentistas».

Iceta recalca que las primarias «son para que voten los militantes», de una manera «individual y secreta», y no «para que las ejecutivas les digan lo que hay hacer».

The leader of the Catalan Socialists insists that the PSOE should have a will to be an alternative to the PP and, although «not always possible,» his preference is to seek leftist alliances.
Of course, he emphasizes that if the former secretary general of the PSOE Pedro Sánchez is not president of the Government «it is because of Podemos.»

In the interview, Iceta explains that he shared with Sánchez «two or three elements» of his project: «the alternative to a PP government, the need to open alliances with Podemos and the need to dialogue with independentistas.»

Iceta stresses that the primaries «are for the militants to vote,» in an «individual and secret» way, not «for executives to tell them what to do.»
