En Madrid solo podrán circular los coches con matrícula impar -Málaga 24h TV – Noticias –

El Ayuntamiento de Madrid activa para este jueves el escenario 3 del protocolo para periodos de alta contaminación y que supone la restricción del 50% de los vehículos que circulan en el interior de la almendra central (el perímetro interior de la M-30).

En ese sentido solo podrán circular los coches con matrícula impar, tal y como lo ha confirmado el propio ayuntamiento. Se trata de la primera vez que se activa este escenario en la ciudad desde que se creó el protocolo, dado que anteriormente solo se había aplicado la restricción de aparcar en la zona de Servicio de Estacionamiento Regulado a los no residentes y la limitación de velocidad a 70 kilómetros por hora en la M-30 y accesos a la capital.

La restricción de circulación se establece que en los días pares circularán los vehículos con matricula acabada en número par y viceversa para los días de número impar. Al activarse el día 29 de diciembre, podrán circular por la almendra central los vehículos de matrícula impar. La restricción se aplica de 6.30 a 21 horas de este jueves.

En este escenario se recomienda la no circulación de taxis libres, excepto Ecotaxis y Eurotaxis, en el interior de la almendra central. Las motocicletas, triciclos y ciclomotores están exentos de las restricciones de circular por Madrid en caso de Escenario 3. El transporte público, vehículos limpios y vehículos con más de tres pasajeros están también exentos de esta medida.

In that sense only cars with an odd number plate can circulate, as confirmed by the city council itself. This is the first time this scenario has been activated in the city since the protocol was created, since previously only the parking restriction had been applied in the Regulated Parking Service area to non-residents and the speed limitation to 70 kilometers per hour on the M-30 and access to the capital.

The traffic restriction establishes that on even days, vehicles with a matricula finished in even number and vice versa for odd number days will circulate. When activating on December 29, vehicles with an odd number plate can travel through the central almond. The restriction applies from 6.30 am to 9 pm this Thursday.

In this scenario it is recommended the non-circulation of free taxis, except Ecotaxis and Eurotaxis, inside the central almond. Motorcycles, tricycles and mopeds are exempt from the restrictions of traveling through Madrid in case of Scenario 3. Public transport, clean vehicles and vehicles with more than three passengers are also exempt from this measure.
