Heredia anuncia que el PSOE exigirá al Gobierno que no incremente el IVA turístico-Málaga24h

El secretario general del Grupo Socialista en el Congreso y secretario general de los socialistas malagueños, Miguel Ángel Heredia, ha anunciado en Marbella que el PSOE exigirá al Gobierno en el Congreso que no incremente el IVA turístico.

En rueda de prensa junto al alcalde del municipio, José Bernal, Heredia ha explicado que el FMI ha pedido recientemente a España que incremente el IVA de la restauración y del turismo y ha asegurado que los socialistas se oponen frontalmente porque son sectores “fundamentales en la generación de empleo y riqueza”.
El dirigente socialista ha recordado que hace cinco años Rajoy prometió bajar el IVA turístico, “pero mintió y no sólo no lo bajo, sino que lo subió al 10%”.

Además, Heredia ha pedido al Gobierno de España que se implique “mucho más” con la ciudad de Marbella en materia turística.

De esta manera, ha destacado que Marbella “es la joya de nuestro sector turístico a nivel nacional”, por lo que ha avanzado que los socialistas van a reclamar al Gobierno que retome el Plan Qualifica y a pedir que se incrementen las inversiones en playas “para que este verano no vuelva a ocurrir lo que pasó el año pasado”.

Por su parte, el alcalde de Marbella, José Bernal, ha destacado que en el Congreso de los Diputados “sólo la voz de los socialistas, y específicamente la voz de Miguel Ángel Heredia, que es quien más propuestas ha puesto sobre la mesa, defiende a la provincia de Málaga y a Marbella”.
