El Ayuntamiento de Álora no subirá ningún impuesto ni tasa en 2017-Málaga24h

El Ayuntamiento de Álora para este 2017 no subirá ningún impuesto ni tasa, como el agua, la basura o el impuesto de circulación.
Además, en el último pleno se aprobó la propuesta del Equipo de Gobierno de modificar las ordenanzas fiscales, con una reducción de los tributos más importantes, que afectan a un gran número de ciudadanos, como son el IBI, el Impuesto de Construcciones, Instalaciones y Obras, la tasa reguladora por licencias urbanísticas o la licencia de aperturas.
En el caso del IBI, la modificación supone reducir el tipo de gravamen del 0,63 % al 0,61 %, evitando así que los propietarios sufran el efecto de la revisión catastral realizada por el Gobierno Central en el presente ejercicio y anteriores.
Estas revisiones catastrales vienen realizándose de forma progresiva cada 4 ó 5 años, por lo que desde el Ayuntamiento se actualiza el valor catastral y paralelamente se reduce el tipo de gravamen anualmente, para que las revisiones extraordinarias no actualicen de golpe varios años, afectando de forma importante al bolsillo de los ciudadanos.
Con estas medidas, el Ayuntamiento pretende activar la economía y el desarrollo de Álora, así como fomentar la creación de empleo y facilitar la apertura de nuevos negocios y empresas.
