El atropello mortal de un hombre a su esposa se debió a un accidente – Málaga 24h

Una mujer fue atropellada mortalmente por su pareja cuando conducía marcha atrás. Ahora la investigación ha aclarado que los hechos se debieron a un «desafortunado accidente», ya que, según las primeras hipótesis, el vehículo habría golpeado a la mujer mientras esta daba indicaciones al conductor, lo que le hizo caer y golpearse en la cabeza.

Fuentes próximas a la investigación, han señalado que en las diligencias que instruye la Policía Local de Albox se ha tomado declaración al conductor y se le ha sometido a la prueba de alcohol y drogas, que ha dado negativo.

El cuerpo de la víctima ha sido conducido hasta el instituto de medicina legal (IML) tras el levantamiento judicial del cadáver para que se le practica la autopsia mientras que las primeras diligencias que se han instruido sobre el caso apuntan a un homicidio involuntario. En este sentido, no se ha producido la detención del hombre, esposo de la víctima, con la que tenía dos hijos ya mayores de edad.
