El Parlament cita a Soraya Sáenz Santamaría y a Jorge Moragas sobre la ‘Operación Cataluña’

La Comisión de Asuntos Institucionales del Parlament ha pedido este miércoles la comparecencia de la vicepresidenta del Gobierno, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, y del jefe de gabinete del presidente, Jorge Moragas, para dar explicaciones sobre la ‘Operación Cataluña’ de presunta guerra sucia del Estado contra cargos soberanistas.

Estas comparecencias se han votado a iniciativa de JxSí y se han aprobado con los votos a favor de este grupo, de la CUP y del PSC, frente al rechazo del PP y con las abstenciones de Cs y SíQueEsPot.

Para explicar la ‘Operación Cataluña’ también se han pedido otras tres comparecencia destacadas: la del delegado del Gobierno en Cataluña, Enric Millo; la del comisario de la Policía Marcelino Martín Blas y la del excomisario José Manuel Villarejo.

Por su parte, la vicepresidenta del Gobierno, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, ha instado a Junts pel Sí a «rectificar» su plan de reformar el reglamento del Parlament, para poder aprobar por lectura única la llamada ley de desconexión, y les ha advertido de que cuanta más prisa quieran darse más legitimación pierden.

Santamaría ha subrayado que para la gente que defiende la democracia «nunca ha colado» la «dicotomía» que hacen los independentistas «entre ley y democracia» y ha defendido que ahora, con su plan de reformar el reglamento para que la ley se apruebe sin control legal y sin enmiendas de la oposición, se ha puesto de manifiesto que la Generalitat y Junts pel Sí piensan que la democracia son ellos y que lo que digan ellos es la ley, según Santamaría.
