Sin medidas cautelares los tres imputados en nueva fase financiación irregular del PP -Málaga 24h TV

El juez de la Audiencia Nacional Eloy Velasco no ha impuesto medidas cautelares a los tres investigados a los que ha tomado declaración este miércoles en una nueva fase en la investigación sobre la presunta financiación irregular del PP de Madrid, pieza de la trama Púnica que mantiene bajo secreto.

El exconsejero de Transportes de la Comunidad de Madrid, José Ignacio Echeverría; el empresario Arturo Fernández, y el exgerente de la formación, Beltrán Gutiérrez, han abandonado las dependencias judiciales tras comparecer ante el magistrado y las fiscales anticorrupción Carmen García y Teresa Gálvez.

Han respondido a las preguntas formuladas sin acogerse a su derecho a no declarar.

Echeverría ha contestado a cuestiones relacionadas con su etapa como tesorero del partido regional mientras que Fernández ha sido preguntado por la Fundación para el Desarrollo Económico y Social de la Comunidad de Madrid.

En la pieza, mantiene imputados por presuntos delitos de cohecho y blanqueo de capitales, al exgerente del partido regional, Beltrán Gutiérrez, y el empresario Javier López Madrid, además de al propio Granados y su socio David Marjaliza.
