La cadena W desembarcará en la Costa con un megaproyecto en Marbella – Málaga 24h TV

Marbella contará con un hotel de una de las marcas punteras en el turismo de lujo. La cadena W ha firmado un acuerdo con el grupo inversor Platinum Estates, que desarrolla un proyecto en la zona de las dunas de Real de Zaragoza, para gestionar ese establecimiento, cuya apertura está prevista para 2019. Según publica este martes diario SUR, la firma tuvo lugar hace un mes entre el grupo inversor, con sede en Singapur, y el grupo hotelero, uno de los más importantes del mundo en el segmento del lujo. El anuncio oficial está previsto para el próximo jueves en un hotel de la citada cadena en Hong Kong. El hotel estará situado en primera línea de playa en la zona dunar de Real Zaragoza y el proyecto en su conjunto afectará a un total de 151.000 metros cuadrados de suelo. El proyecto contempla que el establecimiento ocupe un 35% de ese suelo, con un máximo de tres alturas. Las dunas contarán con una protección de más de 150 metros de fondo sobre los 400 metros de litoral que suponen la franja costera del terreno adquirido para el hotel.
