El Tribunal de Cuentas desautoriza el ‘crowdfunding’ de Sánchez – Málaga 24h TV

El Tribunal de Cuentas ha dado la razón a la Comisión Gestora del PSOE en la divergencia de interpretaciones sobre la regulación de la actividad en la precampaña de las primarias.
En un escrito de respuesta a Ferraz, ha señalado que la actividad para este tipo de procesos está sujeta a las normas sobre financiación de partidos «desde el momento inicial en que los aspirantes realicen cualesquiera actos dirigidos a su participación en tales procesos».

Hasta ahora, los ‘sanchistas’ han insistido en mantener su proceso de captación de fondos a través de un sistema de ‘crowdfunding’ al margen de Ferraz.

De esta manera, han venido rechazando acogerse al modelo propuesto por la Gestora, que quiere que su financiación se controle a través de una cuenta de titularidad compartida.
