Cs propone que el Servicio Andaluz de Relaciones Laborales desbloquee de la huelga de Bomberos

El viceportavoz de Ciudadanos en el Ayuntamiento de Málaga, Alejando Carballo, ha mantenido este miércoles un encuentro con representantes sindicales del Cuerpo de Bomberos y les ha anunciado la presentación de una moción para que un tercero desenquiste un conflicto que parece abocado a una situación de no retorno.

En concreto, en la iniciativa, Ciudadanos pedirá la intervención del Servicio Andaluz de Relaciones Laborales, tal y como se está haciendo en otros ayuntamientos como el de Sevilla.

Carballo ha explicado que no se puede acudir al Servicio Extrajudicial de Resolución de Conflictos Laborales, como se ha hecho en casos como Limasa, por tratarse los Bomberos de funcionarios.

Carballo ha pedido que se relaje el ambiente y se anteponga el interés general.
Entre las peticiones ya realizadas en iniciativas anteriores, destaca la propuesta de una jefatura operativa que salvara el pulso por la destitución del jefe del Cuerpo, José Cruz; mejoras técnicas; la reclasificación a C1; la regulación de la segunda actividad ante el alarmante envejecimiento de la plantilla, o un reglamento que no sea del año 59.

Por su parte, Juan José Martín Florido, secretario general del Sindicato Andaluz de Bomberos y miembro del comité de huelga, ha afirmado que defiende una política de mano tendida y ha pedido al alcalde que negocie.
