Pérez exige una mesa que dé respuesta a la situación creada con las plusvalías por herencia

El Grupo Municipal Socialista ha exigido al Ayuntamiento de Málaga que convoque en el plazo de una semana una mesa especial que dé respuesta a la injusta situación de las plusvalías por herencias que se ha originado en la ciudad.

Asimismo en la moción, que se presentará en el pleno de este mes, se solicita la inclusión de la propuesta de modificación de la ordenanza del Impuesto del Valor de los Terrenos de Naturaleza Urbana en su artículo sexto.

Según detalla su portavoz, Daniel Pérez, “es intolerable que muchos ciudadanos se hayan visto obligados a malvender su vivienda o desistir de su herencia por tener que afrontar plusvalías ‘mortis causa’ imposibles” y ha acusado al PP de meter la mano en el bolsillo de los malagueños.

Respecto a la iniciativa que otros grupos políticos van a presentar sobre la implantación de un canon sobre el agua que el gobierno del Partido Popular en Málaga quiere realizar, la concejala socialista responsable de Medio Ambiente, Begoña Medina, ha destacado las propuestas alternativas del PSOE frente a las que propone el PP.
