Pérez denuncia que PP y C’s bloquean la bajada de las plusvalías por herencia en Málaga

El Partido Popular y Ciudadanos se han aliado durante la celebración del Pleno ordinario para impedir que salga adelante la moción presentada por el Grupo Municipal Socialista que solicita la bajada del impuesto sobre las plusvalías por herencia.

Durante la celebración de este Pleno, el portavoz municipal, Daniel Pérez, ha lamentado que “hasta 20.000 malagueños se hayan visto obligados a pagar el Impuesto sobre las plusvalías.

El responsable socialista ha comparado la situación del Ayuntamiento de Málaga con la de otros consistorios como Madrid, donde existen importantes rebajas en este impuesto para herencias.

Pérez ha criticado, por otra parte, que Ciudadanos se haya posicionado a favor del equipo de gobierno impidiendo de esta manera que pueda salir adelante esta moción y ha lamentado que es el PP el que cuenta cuentos sobre la plusvalía.
