Dos detenidos en Marbella por estafar 80.000 euros

La Policía Nacional detiene en Marbella a un hombre y una mujer, ambos de nacionalidad española, como presuntos responsables de un delito de estafa ya que habían engañado a una tercera persona.
También han sido investigados por los delitos de falsedad documental y ella, además, por simulación de delito y contra la ley de protección de datos.
En el desarrollo de la investigación los agentes han podido constatar que la persona que presentó la denuncia, expareja sentimental de la víctima e intermediaria en la compraventa de la licencia de taxi, resultó ser la responsable de la estafa. La mujer, a sabiendas de que su expareja estaba interesada en adquirir una licencia de taxi, le ofreció la posibilidad de adquirir una por 80.000 euros.
Esta persona pagó en tres plazos el dinero acordado, aunque en ningún momento recibió la licencia.
