Airbnb implantará un sistema de registro ‘on line’ para los pisos de alquiler turístico en Andalucía

La plataforma de alquiler vacacional, Airbnb ha anunciado este jueves que implementará un sistema de registro ‘on line’ simplificado que «facilitará que los anfitriones andaluces cumplan con las leyes de alquiler turístico».

En concreto, a partir de mayo de este año, se añadirá una nueva funcionalidad a la plataforma, «requiriendo a los anfitriones de toda Andalucía registrar su vivienda destinada al alquiler turístico, obteniendo así un número de registro de Turismo de Andalucía para incluirlo de manera visible en su anuncio».Desde Airbnb defienden que, «implementando este nuevo sistema, inédito en España, todavía más familias podrán beneficiarse de compartir su hogar». Según datos de la propia compañía, el año pasado, más de un millón de visitantes se alojaron a través de esta plataforma en la comunidad, beneficiando a más de 30.000 familias andaluzas, que obtuvieron un total de 157 millones de euros.
