Julián Muñoz: «En Marbella había un enfrentamiento de cabezonería entre Gil y el señor Chaves»

El exregidor de Marbella Julián Muñoz declaró este martes en un juicio, acusado de nuevo por supuestas irregularidades urbanísticas durante los gobiernos del GIL que habrían causado perjuicios a las arcas municipales, y aseguró que hubo «un enfrentamiento de cabezonería entre el entonces alcalde Jesús Gil y el señor Chaves», en referencia al expresidente de la Junta de Andalucía, por quién mandaba más.

La Sección Segunda de la Audiencia de Málaga comenzó este martes este juicio, en el que además de Muñoz, están acusados el exasesor urbanístico Juan Antonio Roca, seis exediles y dos empresarios por convenios firmados entre el Ayuntamiento y tres empresas relacionadas con esos promotores que habrían causado un perjuicio al Consistorio marbellí de al menos 14,3 millones.

Muñoz fue preguntado por el fiscal sobre la dinámica de trabajo en las comisiones de gobierno, en concreto en lo relacionado con la aprobación de convenios urbanísticos entre el Ayuntamiento y empresarios y sobre la firma de éstos, insistiendo en que lleva «diciendo lo mismo 25 años, con diez de cárcel, que desconoce todos los convenios».

Según reiteró Muñoz, él se ha dedicado a firmar lo que Gil le mandaba.
