Los jueces Sevilla rechazan que Alaya cuestione la «profesionalidad» de sus compañeros

Los jueces de Instrucción de Sevilla han manifestado su «más absoluto rechazo» a los comentarios vertidos en una reciente entrevista por la magistrada Mercedes Alaya sobre sus compañeros que realizaron funciones de refuerzo en el Juzgado de Instrucción número 6, cuando ella era titular e investigaba la causa de los ERE, manifestaciones que, a su juicio, ponen en entredicho, sin ningún motivo, la capacidad y profesionalidad de estos compañeros.

No iban a tardar mucho en reaccionar. Los jueces de instrucción de Sevilla rechazan que Alaya cuestione su profesionalidad.

Este jueves tuvo lugar la Junta Sectorial de magistrados de Instrucción de Sevilla en la que valoraron las declaraciones realizadas por Alaya en una entrevista el diario ABC en las que, entre otras cosas, dijo que PSOE y PP le quitaron por miedo a que investigara los cursos de formación.

Los jueces recuerdan que en su momento salieron en defensa de «injustificados ataques» contra Alaya, sin embargo, ahora manifiestan «un profundo malestar» por los comentarios vertidos en la entrevista por la magistrada.

Según argumentan, a través de estas afirmaciones se pone en entredicho, sin ningún motivo, la capacidad de estos compañeros, por lo que la Junta de Jueces manifiesta su más absoluto rechazo.

It was not going to take long to react. The judges of instruction in Seville reject Alaya question their professionalism.

This Thursday took place the Sectoral Board of Magistrates of Instruction in Seville in which they valued the statements made by Alaya in an interview ABC newspaper in which, among other things, said that PSOE and PP removed him for fear of investigating the courses deformation.

The judges recall that at the time they came out in defense of «unjustified attacks» against Alaya, however, they now express «a deep discomfort» over the comments made in the interview by the magistrate.

As they argue, through these statements is put into question, without any reason, the ability of these partners, so the Board of Judges expresses its absolute rejection.
