La juez Núñez urge a la Guardia Civil a enviarle los atestados sobre ayudas de ERE
La juez de Instrucción número 6 de Sevilla, María Núñez Bolaños, que instruye la causa que investiga el caso de los ERE fraudulentos, ha solicitado a las comandancias de la Guardia Civil de Almería, Granada, Cádiz, Córdoba y Málaga para que remitan a la mayor brevedad posible los atestados que se estén elaborando en relación a las ayudas recibidas por una veintena de empresas en estas provincias andaluzas.
La juez Núñez urge a la Guardia Civil a enviarle los atestados que elabora sobre ayudas de los ERE.
Esta providencia se ha firmado una vez recibido en el Juzgado un oficio de la Unidad Central Operativa de la Guardia Civil, en el que se da cuenta del estado de las investigaciones en las presentes actuaciones.
La Benemérita ha indicado que actualmente se están completando los atestados sobre todos los expedientes pendientes de análisis y estudio.
En lo concerniente a la provincia de Málaga, la Guardia Civil elabora el atestado sobre las ayudas de los ERE concedidas por la Dirección General de Trabajo a Fabricantes de Encimera para Europa S.L.

With regard to the province of Malaga, the Civil Guard prepares the report on the aid of the ERE granted by the General Directorate of Labor to Manufacturers of Countertops for Europe S.L.
