Los facultativos de urgencias del Hospital Civil de Málaga continúan con el plan de concentraciones previsto y el sindicato CSIF denunció este jueves el caos en el que está sumido la plantilla, que ahora se enfrenta a un descubierto de cuatro médicos por turno.

Ante la falta de sustituciones, la plantilla de nueve trabajadores por turno estuvo este jueves con solo cinco médicos y con la misma carga laboral que cuando son casi el doble de profesionales, según informó el sindicato, que denuncia que puede empeorar las próximas semanas y si no se produce un refuerzo de personal, se quedarán sin cubrir alrededor de 1.700 horas este verano, que recaerán sobre los profesionales que queden.

La gerencia hospitalaria, por su parte, ha desmentido que faltaran cuatro profesionales en los turnos de médicos de las urgencias del Hospital Civil, y respecto a las contrataciones, la dirección gerencia se limitó a recordar que se están planificando las vacaciones y contratando al personal necesario para cubrir las ausencias por el periodo estival.
