Trabajadores de Sierra Nevada irán a la huelga el día de apertura y los fines de semana

Los trabajadores de Cetursa Remontes han acordado en asamblea ir a la huelga el primer día de apertura de la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada en la nueva temporada y todos los fines de semana por el incumplimiento del convenio y de los acuerdos pactados con la dirección.

Desde el comité de empresa señalan que la propuesta que ha puesto sobre la mesa la dirección de Cetursa no ha sido satisfactoria y es insuficiente para desconvocar la movilización que ya anunció hace unos días el comité tras dar por concluidas las negociaciones.

A principios de semana el comité de empresa dio por finalizadas las reuniones con la dirección de la estación, a la que acusan de recortar derechos y precarizar el trabajo, la empleabilidad, estabilidad laboral y la salud de su plantilla.

Justifican la movilización en el incumplimiento del convenio y de los acuerdos avalados por el Sistema Extrajudicial de Resolución de Conflictos Laborales, así como por la realización de «modificaciones sustanciales de las condiciones de trabajo, recortes retributivos y mermas en las cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social».
