La defensa de Griñán insinúa que el exinterventor buscó una posición más benevolente a costa de otro inculpado.

Esta cuestión centró gran parte de la intervención de Mohedano en la sesión de tarde de este martes en el juicio de los ERE, en la que dio comienzo a su informe final en la defensa de Griñán, que se enfrenta a seis años de prisión y 30 de inhabilitación por un delito continuado de prevaricación y otro de malversación.

Según su abogado Jose María Mohedano, la Fiscalía en la parte final de su informe señaló lo que pudo y debió hacer Griñán ante las irregularidades detectadas en el sistema de concesión de las ayudas, limitándose a reproducir parte de lo declarado por el coacusado Manuel Gómez ante el fiscal del Tribunal Supremo porque refleja la posición de esta Fiscalía.

Por ello, el abogado de Griñán ha planteado vulneración ya que el relato del coimputado no resulta en absoluto corroborado con el rigor que requiere una prueba, que ha calificado de sospechosa, porque proviene de persona imputada que no está obligada a decir verdad.
