El Hospital del Guadalhorce vuelve a desviar ambulancias al Clínico al estar saturado.
Según publica el diario La Opinión de Málaga, la baja de un empleado el pasado lunes, día 7 y festivo, motivó esta decisión, además del cierre de la propia Observación, para no saturar el centro ante la falta de personal, una situación que reconoció la propia gerencia hospitalaria y que duró unas horas hasta conseguir un sustituto y reactivar el servicio del hospital con normalidad.
Sin embargo, al día siguiente, el martes 8, el hospital tuvo que tomar de nuevo esa decisión ante la saturación que sufría el área de Observación de Urgencias. Con ocho camas, siete sillones y una cama de más a la estipulada, el área no podía absorber más pacientes por la tarde noche.
La plantilla de Urgencias quiere que el hospital aumente la plantilla, sobre todo los fines de semana, además de otras cuestiones que quieren resolver como la puesta en marcha de un Plan de Alta Frecuentación para gestionar situaciones como la del pasado martes.

The staff of Urgencias wants the hospital to increase the workforce, especially on weekends, in addition to other issues that they want to solve such as the implementation of a High Frequency Plan to manage situations like last Tuesday.
