Un juzgado de Málaga ha abierto una investigación para esclarecer quién o quiénes son los responsables de la caída de Julen. El Seprona ha acreditado que el pozo y las obras realizadas, en los días previos, eran ilegales. Por su parte, pocero y propietarios de la finca se culpan mutuamente. La boca del pozo está dos metros bajo el nivel de tierra. El 18 de diciembre se excavó el pozo y según el pocero se tapó. Posteriormente se rebajó el terreno cavando una zanja. Al parecer, los propietarios de la finca querían construir una vivienda. Un juzgado de Málaga está investigando qué pasó. Ya ha interrogado a los propietarios de la finca y al pocero.. Para cavar un pozo, cerrarlo, mover tierras, para todo se necesitan permisos. El informe de la Guardia Civil deja constancia de que nadie los solicitó.
