Noticia – A prisión el detenido por apuñalar de muerte a un hombre en Marbella

El Juzgado de Instrucción número uno de Marbella ha ordenado el ingreso en prisión del hombre detenido el pasado domingo por matar presuntamente a otro hombre de una puñalada en el pecho tras una discusión en un edificio abandonado del núcleo poblacional de San Pedro de Alcántara. Los hechos tuvieron lugar de madrugada en una obra de la calle Santa María en la que ambos dormían, cuando el supuesto agresor, de 47 años y nacionalidad ucraniana, atacó a la víctima después de discutir porque uno de ellos estaba haciendo mucho ruido y no dejaba dormir al otro. Según la investigación, la víctima, de 58 años y nacionalidad lituana, se acaba de acostar cuando el sospechoso le asestó una puñalada en el pecho que le causó la muerte. Los agentes desplazados hasta el lugar realizaron varias batidas por la zona hasta que localizaron al sospechoso en la terraza de un bar cercano y hallaron el arma, un cuchillo de cocina de unos 20 centímetros de hoja, en un cañaveral próximo al edificio.
