La mujer del ‘gerente’ de Magrudis, José Antonio Marín Ponce, que era responsable del plan de autocontrol de la empresa y que ha declarado este martes como investigada, junto a la cuñada del citado ‘gerente’ y un comercial, en la causa por el brote de listeriosis producido este pasado verano, ha asegurado ante la titular del Juzgado de Instrucción número 10 de Sevilla que aplicó medidas correctoras recogidas en el plan de autocontrol validado por las administraciones después del positivo en listeria detectado en una muestra de carne mechada el pasado mes de febrero. La jueza no ha impuesto ninguna medida cautelar para estos tres investigados, que continúan en libertad. En esta declaración, que ha durado hora y media, han estado presentes varias acusaciones particulares, como las ejercidas por la Junta de Andalucía y la asociación de consumidores Facua, y no la Fiscalía.
