Málaga 24h TV – Puigdemont desvela su calendario rupturista
En Cataluña, las agrupaciones independentistas Junts pel Sí y la CUP han actualizado la hoja de ruta que prevén seguir hasta alcanzar la independencia.
Según las resoluciones derivadas de la mayoría del Parlamento catalán, la independencia podría ser inminente.
El nuevo calendario prevé la aprobación de la ley de transitoriedad jurídica para julio de 2017, que será una declaración inicial de la independencia.
Posteriormente, se celebrará un referéndum vinculante sobre la secesión de Cataluña en septiembre del próximo año, «con una pregunta clara y de respuesta binaria».
En caso de que la opción independentista consiga más del 50% de los votos, la Cámara catalana proclamará la República catalana y durante los seis meses siguientes a la consulta soberanista se celebrarán elecciones constituyentes, por tanto como muy tarde en marzo de 2018.
A partir de ahí, se elaboraría una Carta Magna, que debería ser válida en referéndum. Tras llevar a cabo toda la hoja de ruta, se volverían a convocar nuevos comicios.
