Málaga 24h TV – Rincón creará una red de bares y restaurantes que ofrezcan cartas sin gluten

El Consistorio de Rincón de la Victoria ha firmado este martes un convenio de colaboración con la Asociación de Celíacos de Málaga para la creación de la Red ‘Rincón sin Gluten’, según ha anunciado el concejal de Consumo y Sanidad, Pedro Fernández Ibar de Izquierda Unida. Y es que la intolerancia al gluten es una de las patologías médicas que más está creciendo en los últimos años.

La firma del convenio que se ha producido entre la regidora del municipio, la socialista Encarnación Anaya, y el presidente del colectivo, Rafael Galán, aprobará constituir una red de establecimientos hosteleros localizados en el Rincón para facilitar a los clientes una oferta gastronómica adaptada a las necesidades de las personas con intolerancia a esta sustancia.
