Málaga 24h TV – Rescatados 1.400 inmigrantes en el Mediterráneo durante la jornada del jueves

La Guardia Costera italiana ha anunciado este jueves el rescate de unos 1.400 inmigrantes en el mar Mediterráneo a lo largo de la jornada del jueves, en catorce operaciones diferentes llevadas a cabo por diferentes organizaciones.

A través de un comunicado, los guardacostas han señalado que los inmigrantes fueron encontrados en trece lanchas de goma y en una embarcación más pequeña. Las operaciones de rescate han estado coordinadas por la Central Operativa de la Guardia Costera en Roma, dependiente del Ministerio de Infraestructura y Transporte.

En los rescates han participado, además de la nave Gregoretti, de la propia Guardia Costera, una unidad naval de la operación militar de la Unión Europea en el Mediterráneo central y las ONG Moas, Boat Refugee Foundation, Médicos Sin Fronteras (MSF) y Sea Watch.

English: The Italian Coast Guard announced Thursday the rescue of some 1,400 migrants in the Mediterranean Sea throughout the day on Thursday, in fourteen different operations carried out by different organizations.

Through a statement, coastguards have said that immigrants were found in thirteen rubber boats and a smaller boat. Rescue operations have been coordinated by the Operations Center of the Coast Guard in Rome, under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

In bailouts they have, in addition to the Gregoretti ship’s own Coast Guard, a naval unit of the military operation of the European Union in the central Mediterranean and Moas NGOs, Boat Refugee Foundation, Doctors Without Borders (MSF) and Sea participated Watch.
