Málaga 24h TV – PSOE denuncia «enchufismo» en el Ayuntamiento de Benahavís

El portavoz del PSOE en el Ayuntamiento de Benahavís, Luis Feito, ha presentado un escrito en la Fiscalía de Marbella en el que acusa al consistorio de un supuesto caso de «enchufismo» al readmitir a seis cargos de confianza del PP que habían sido destituidos de su puesto por ley.

Según ha explicado el dirigente socialista, la información que ha presentado ante el fiscal hace referencia a seis personas que, tras cesar en su puesto como cargos de confianza presentaron una denuncia que concluyó con una sentencia que decía que habían realizado «tareas administrativas que no les correspondían» y que por tanto el Ayuntamiento debía indemnizarlos o readmitirlos.
