Málaga 24h TV – La Fiscalía de menores investiga una paliza a un menor en Sevilla

La Fiscalía de Menores ha abierto una investigación después de que se haya identificado a 3 menores de 8, 9 y 10 años de edad como presuntos autores de una agresión a un compañero de éstos, de siete años, durante el recreo en un colegio de Sevilla capital.

El niño tuvo que ser hospitalizado tras sufrir traumatismos en cabeza, abdomen y boca .

Los padres han denunciado los hechos ante la policía. En el parte policial consta que los progenitores habían alertado previamente al centro de la sucesión de amenazas y agresiones por parte de los otros niños, que son también vecinos, y lo habrían acosado tanto dentro como fuera del colegio. De hecho, según publica El País, el colegio accedió este viernes a tramitar una posible expulsión a instancias de la madre del menor.
