Málaga 24h TV – Absuelto el concejal de Madrid Guillermo Zapata por su tuit de 2011

La Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Penal de la Audiencia Nacional ha absuelto al concejal de Madrid Guillermo Zapata del delito de humillación a las víctimas del terrorismo por el que había sido juzgado por un tuit escrito en 2011 en el que manifestaba que han tenido que cerrar el cementerio de las niñas de Alcasser para que no vaya Irene Villa a por repuestos·
Según los jueces, los comentarios de Zapata son «seguramente reprobables» pero «en otro plano distinto al de legalidad penal».
